Robin Big Snake (stats) is a minor league hockey player who plays with the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees of the CHL. Robin is a left wing from Siksika Nation, ALTA. His unique name and "old-time hockey" attitude have made him a fan favorite (if he plays for your team that is).
(10/29/2007) The Brahmas lost their first game of the season Sunday to Youngstown after a controversial no-call. Youngstown scored a game-winning goal with 8:39 left in the second period. The goal was controversial because it was scored with Robin Big Snake down on the ice after being highsticked. No penalty was called even though Big Snake lost four teeth in the incident.
This fight reminds me of that old Rockem' Sockem' Robots game. Lots of wild back and forth punches. I keep waiting for someone's block to get knocked off. Great fight etiquette to eh? Big Snake is in the dark jersey, Willis in the light jersey. Willis's complete stats can be found here.
A bit grainy and behind the glass, your enjoyment of this fight depends much on a creative imagination. They do trade a couple of big blows in there though.
Big Snake is in the dark jersey (for a short time anyway), Dolyny in the light jersey. Dolyny played for Michigan State University, finishing his collegiate career in the 2000/2001 season. Dolyny's complete stats can be found here.
